[MCPE-9198] Shooting arrows doesn't emit the crit particles

When I shot an arrow, it doesn't emit the crit particles!

To reproduce:
1: Get a bow and a arrow.
2: Charge the bow and shot an arrow!

I do not believe that those particles have been implemented in the PE version of the game yet. Please do some more research before posting bug reports.

Dude! The crit particles do exist in older versions of PE! So it's a bug now that they don't emit those!
