Good afternoon, I just bought the game today through the IOS App Store, but when I logged into Xbox I got a message saying "Something went wrong. Please try again or try Xbox.com "" so he followed each step, but I still can't log in. Therefore I demand a prompt solution since in case of not having it, I will have to take measures with the defense of the consumer in Mexico.

Users on ios are also experiencing this issue, recent reviews on the app store have multiple accounts of the game xbox live log in not letting them into their accounts successfully. Have seen a surge of tickets regarding the same issue, often for mobile users who can otherwise access their accounts on microsoft websites and on xbox.com as well as in the xbox app which would suggest the error lies with the in game log in.
