Wither Skeletons Still Do Not Render Equipped Armour

I've gave Wither Skeletons gear to wear after the fix and they still do not render it even after the patch.

I am using the Chroma Hills texture pack, but I don't think that has anything to do with the issue since Netherite isn't textured.

World size is above 300MB. Non Experimental, Most recent beta.
