My game won't let me sign into my Microsoft account even after resetting my password, my game and even my system not allowing me to access any of the cross-play features!

I currently play on playstation and it wont let me sign into my microsoft account even after I changed my pw, restarted the game and even restarted my system. It will say that something went wrong and not even give me the chance to sign in manually!
