Snow does not disappear if break underneath block

We're closing all issues only related to 0.6, 0.7 or snapshots of any version.

Cleaning through old issues... resolving as invalid since snow layers have been changed to fall like sand/gravel/anvils and this issue was probably fixed way back in a previous version anyway.
