Your report does not contain enough information. As such, we're unable to understand or reproduce the problem. I loaded up both Java and Bedrock to compare them and the brewing stand emits particules regularly in line with Java. The number of them is severely diminished but that's common of many items (torches bug (hehe) me the most because they almost never have the fire particle compared to Java).
