skeleton and zombie horse bug?

when i create a new world with a creative mode, i spawn a zombie horse first, but i get a small zombie horse/baby zombie horse and i tried spawn a skeleton horse, i still get a smaller skeleton horse. i test all world and i spawn a zombie and skeleton horse, i still get a smaller zombie and skeleton horse (but second i get a big horse)
