when i killed a small animals or baby animals. i dont get any xp from small animals. but monster liked zombie, etc will drop an xp

This is currently working as intended.
Mojang did not want to encourage the killing of baby animals in the game so there is no reward for doing so.
Works as intended. Baby animals don't drop xp.
