I play using the natural texture pack on the Xbox one bedrock, I’ve downloaded the same texture pack on the Xbox one X it shows unlocked in the global resources, under available packs but won’t upload to active packs. V1.4.2

Did you download the texture pack while trying to activate it? Due to MCPE-33121, when you attempt to apply a texture pack that has been deleted, the pack gets downloaded but isn't applied. You have to re-apply it after the download completes.
