What's Happening:
As shown below, the 3d Skin Model partially hides the rotate icon, in Classic UI, Minimal Scale.

Other Infos:
[MCPE Helper] Auldrick: The 3D model actually covers the rotate icon completely in Windows 10 Edition.

What's Expected:
The 3d Skin Model should not hide the rotate icon.

Confirmed in Windows 10 1.2.13.60. In my case it actually covers the rotate icon completely.
