Redstone charge is not transferring between half-blocks

Thank you for your report! However, the issue you're describing is unclear. We need enough information to recreate the problem so we can study it. I assume that by "half block" you mean a "slab", but from your description we can't tell what kind of blocks you're using, how they're arranged, where any redstone is positioned, where the redstone power is coming from, or how you know that block is not "energized". I'm also not sure what you mean by an "energized block".

The easiest way to provide useful information is to attach a screenshot (or several, if needed to see all the components) or a world download, together with a comment describing what you expected to happen and what actually happens. If you can't provide one of these or it wouldn't demonstrate the problem, try giving us a list of steps to reproduce it, but using the in-game names of the blocks, and please be specific about where each block goes. Terms like "lower" and "higher" are much too vague.
