Theres a bug on the brewing stand on 1.2.1.1 because it wont let me put glass bottle and i really want to make brewing potion so plz fix this in the next update and i got the picture of it

You can't put glass bottles in the brewing stand. You need to fill them with water first, either with a cauldron or a water source. You should be able to put the resulting water bottles into the stand.
