Realms page says "Realms couldn't load" constantly

The Realms page on Bedrock edition has constantly been showing the “Realms couldn’t load” screen all of a sudden. The page doesn’t even attempt to load and I haven’t seen outages or others saying theirs is the same.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Open up Minecraft Bedrock from either the launcher or the application itself.

2. Click “Play”.

3. Click onto the “Realms” tab.

4. “Realms couldn’t load” message appears.

Expected result:
The “Realms” page loads fine and lets you click on the realms you have joined and play them as normal.

Actual Result:
”Realms” page doesn’t show any sign of loading and the “Realms couldn’t load” message appears instantly.
