Search for players accessible when not signed in

Search for players screen is accessible when not signed in to an Microsoft account.

How to reproduce:
1. Sign out of your Microsoft account
2. Load Minecraft
3. Open the social drawer
4. Click the search for people text field

Observed results:
The game crashes upon loading the search for players screen.

Expected results:
When signed out, the search for people text field should be greyed out.
