Every time I'm playing with my friends, the game gets bugged with lag, and the game becomes slow. It's not freezing, but the wood, for example, doesn't drop quickly, I'm teleporting out of nowhere, and more.

This seems like a internet issue more then a Minecraft one honestly. It could be the hosts device also.
