Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock on PlayStation 4
2. Sign in with a Microsoft account
3. Restart Minecraft
4. Open Marketplace
5. Observe error D-0020
6. Select “My Library” → infinite loading
Expected result:
Marketplace loads normally and previously purchased content
is visible and downloadable under “My Library”.
Actual result:
Marketplace shows error D-0020.
“My Library” loads indefinitely and never completes.
Additional information:
- Platform: PlayStation 4
- Edition: Minecraft Bedrock
- Microsoft account linking was successful initially
- Marketplace purchases were originally made on PS4
before Microsoft account login was required
- Local cache and saved data were cleared
- Issue persists across different networks
- Other PSN accounts on the same console do not show this issue
