Vibrant Visuals: Performance issues and input lag

I am experiencing low FPS and significant input lag when using 'Vibrant Visuals' with the new deferred rendering. My device has a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, so it should run smoothly, but the performance is very poor

Is this the case when you set the Vibrant Visuals to “Prefer Performance” over visuals?
