This issue affects all types of minecarts. As demonstrated in the accompanying video, when a minecart or boat is placed within a Chebyshev distance of 2 blocks from a moving minecart (without directly contacting it), and the moving minecart subsequently passes a corner rail such that it comes within 0.1 blocks of the corner block, it will suddenly stop. This occurs even though the moving minecart does not physically collide with the placed entity. The bug does not occur if the corner block is removed or if the extra minecart/boat is not present. This unexpected stop is inconsistent with Java Edition minecart behavior and is specific to Bedrock Edition.
How to Reproduce:
Place a minecart on a powered rail at the top of a track leading into a corner.
Activate the rail to launch the minecart downward.
Quickly place another minecart or boat within 2 blocks (Chebyshev distance) of the moving minecart's path, ensuring no direct contact.
Observe the moving minecart as it reaches the corner rail adjacent to a solid block.
Observed Result: The moving minecart suddenly stops when it is within 0.1 blocks of the corner block during the turn.
Expected Result: The minecart should continue moving along the track without stopping, consistent with Java Edition behavior where nearby, non-contacting entities do not cause sudden speed loss at corners.
