Account recognition impossible.

​ In the mobile Minecraft, there has been a persistent bug where new mobs (such as copper golems and desert version skeletons) are not visible, so I reinstalled the game, but the map has disappeared, and my account is literally being treated like a ghost. After checking with my existing account, I found that activity records (the number of friends, blocks I can retrieve, the number of mobs I've dealt with, etc.) remain, and I can log in, but I can't link my profile picture with my existing Xbox account and it's fixed to a basic profile picture like Steve's. Furthermore, even though I've released the photo permissions for local and platform skins, I still can't load them.

At first, I wondered if it was a device issue or an issue with the account itself, so I turned my phone off and on, reinstalled the mark, and created a new account to reconnect, but it was no use.

Both the existing and new accounts are U.S. accounts and can be logged in, but when you actually log in, the same problems occur. I took advice to delete the cache and allow all the permissions, but the problem keeps recurring. Now I don't know if it's really a problem with the mark itself or if I messed something wrong.

In addition, my Minecraft, device, and the game launcher I was using were all the latest versions.
