Accessibility, Keyboard & Mouse, General, Video, Audio, Account, and Language menus no longer use Ore UI design

Summary:

In earlier Preview versions, the Accessibility, Keyboard & Mouse, General, Video, Audio, Account, and Language menus used the new Ore UI design. Starting with the 26.0.27 Preview, these menus have reverted to the JSON UI design, preventing testing and validation of recent Ore UI fixes and changes applied to these menus.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft Preview.

2. Press the Settings button.

3. Navigate to the following menus: Accessibility, Keyboard & Mouse, General, Video, Audio, Account, Language.

4. Observe the UI design used in each menu.

Observed Results:

All listed menus use the JSON UI design instead of Ore UI.

Expected Results:

The Ore UI design should be used for these menus, as it was in previous Preview versions.
