Cant play with other players

Sometimes when I go into Minecraft it says communication features are limited and to ask a parent or guardian but I have no parents or parental controls set up to it and I'm set as an adult, my friends also have the same problem with the same thing happening I've tried to update Minecraft, restart my PlayStation and more but nothing is working
