Cobwebs and Banners appear invisible in split screen multiplayer

Cobwebs and Banners become invisible in split-screen multiplayer.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load a world

2. Place cobwebs and banners

3. Join the world with a second account using split-screen

Observed Results:
After the second account joins in split-screen, the cobwebs and banners lose their textures and appear invisible.

Expected Results:
All blocks and items should render correctly in split-screen mode.
