Controller cursor skips enchanted book icon in librarian trade UI (no tooltip shown) since 1.21.120

Description:
Since version 1.21.120 of Minecraft Bedrock Edition on PC, there is an issue when using a controller in the librarian trade UI. When trying to move the cursor to the enchanted book icon in the left trade offer slot, the cursor does not stop on the icon. Instead, it immediately jumps to the right-side trade output slot. As a result, it is impossible to select the enchanted book icon using a controller, and the tooltip showing the enchantment details does not appear.

This issue also occurs when using a mouse: even when hovering over the enchanted book icon, the tooltip is not displayed. This behavior did not occur in earlier versions before 1.21.120.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition on PC (version 1.21.120 or later).

2. Use a controller to open a world and find a librarian villager.

3. Open the trade UI.

4. Try to move the cursor to the enchanted book icon in the left trade offer slot using the controller.

5. Observe that the cursor skips over the icon and jumps to the right-side trade output slot.

6. Try the same with a mouse: hover over the enchanted book icon and observe that no tooltip appears.

Expected Result:
The cursor should be able to stop on the enchanted book icon, and a tooltip should appear showing the enchantment details.

Actual Result:
The cursor skips over the enchanted book icon and jumps to the right side. The tooltip does not appear, making it impossible to see the enchantment details.
