[MCPE-234222] The new update broke the UI and some textures on Minecraft Bedrock

I don’t know why it keeps doing this I’ve restarted my game and my PC and it still breaks the textures and the UI

We're tracking this issue at MCPE-202009, so I will resolve and link this report as a duplicate.

Enable V-Sync or set an FPS cap to prevent the issue from occurring.
