Hello,
I am experiencing strong stuttering and micro-freezes in Minecraft Bedrock Edition on iOS.
Device: iPhone 14 Pro Max
OS: iOS (latest version installed)
Minecraft version: 1.21.131 (Bedrock)
The problem appeared by itself, most likely after an automatic update. Before that, the game worked smoothly on the same device.
The issue occurs:
In singleplayer
In a newly created world
Even without addons, texture packs, or mods
With low graphics settings and reduced render distance
The game freezes for short moments every few seconds (micro-stuttering), especially when moving or turning the camera. Other apps and games work normally, only Minecraft is affected.
I have already tried:
Restarting the device
Lowering all graphics settings
Creating new worlds
Closing background apps
Nothing helped so far.
It looks like a performance/optimization issue introduced in the recent 1.21 updates on iOS.
Please investigate this issue, as it makes the game uncomfortable to play on mobile devices.
