Skins, profile, capes, all gone. Packs aren't working, skins are deleted, both uploaded and marketplace. I logged in 3 times, tried on other devices. Profile is greyed out and skins are all defaults now. Not Internet connection or hardware error as far as I can tell. Not banned. Please help.
