Market place add on merchant has no items for sale and second player joining causes 75% of add on items to go invisible and structures are broken (not loading in properly)

The furniture add on from market place pass doesn't work at all, you can see all items to craft in one player mode and when second player joins all craftable items go invisible. The merchant never sells anything anymore in the same add on. The better structures addon for Playstation 5 crashes as well when second player joins. The structures get messed up as in half missing or see through. Any add on that I am using, second player joining in causes all these bugs, making craftable items go invisible, structures disappearing. No trading merchant items from the furniture 2.0 addon from marketplace pass.
