For some reason the effects tab does not show up on IOS for Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.130 while having fancy graphics on. It is really annoying because when im trying to play/do anything while having any effects of any kind I accidentally click on them which expands the tab all over my screen, because I am unable to see it. And the even worse part is that the effects show up again when i switch to simple, or vibrant visuals for my graphics. And it works on a different device than the glitched one I have. Please find or fix this issue, thanks.
