Re-hash of original bug MCPE-232220, which was closed by … unknown reasons.
Minecraft 1.21.123 was working perfectly, but when I updated to 1.21.124, the game no longer opened. Now it gets stuck on the red screen with the Mojang logo. I am using an original copy downloaded from the Google Play Store. My Waydroid is certified by Google and is not rooted. It worked normally on Windows and on a Samsung Android device. I kindly ask that you resolve this issue.
Most recent version 1.21.130 is also affected

Please do not choose “Future Update” for the version - we need to know the actual version you are using.

this technically duplicates MCPE-232476 but there has been no response, or rather, an appropriate and timely response from Mojang regarding this critical bug that is disallowing perfectly legitimately players from playing the game they own.
This issue appears to be the same regression described in MCPE-232476, but I’m commenting here as well due to the lack of response on the original report.
Please edit your report to change the Affected Version to the version shown on the Minecraft title screen
