Realm not opening after payment

I attempted to reopen my realm that I payed for, which I have proof of, but the realm on the menu still says closed. This has happened before and when it did I attempted to reopen it again and it double charged me.

How to replicate the bug:

1: renew a subscription for a realm

Status report: the realm option of opening the realm only created a duplicate realm.

Now I've got more issues
