Failed to login (Error Code : Terracotta)

Hello,

I am a user who purchased Minecraft from the Windows Store and have been enjoying the game.

After the recent update, my Xbox login works normally, but when I launch the game, I find that I am signed out.

When I click “Sign In,” I receive an error message stating that the Microsoft account cannot be accessed, as shown in the attached image.

At first, I thought this was simply an update error, but it seems that other users are not experiencing the same issue, so I am reaching out for support.

Please note that I am already logged into my Microsoft account, and my Xbox login is also working correctly.

I would appreciate it if you could provide guidance on how to resolve this issue.
