Bug Dithering mobs,player and block

Dear Mojang,we would like to report bug in Minecraft 1.21.123 and Minecraft 1.21130.28 Beta. The glitch on block,mobs and player are very messy due to the dithering feature. Even though I have disable the dithering feature. I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible because it is very annoying, invisible, and unpleasant to look at.
