[MCPE-232127] Bug Dithering mobs,player and block

Dear Mojang, we would like to report a bug or glitch in Minecraft 1.21.123 or Minecraft 1.130.28 beta. The glitches on blocks, mobs, and players are very messy due to the dithering feature. Even though I have disabled the dithering feature (if mobs approach, the player becomes transparent).
