[MCPE-225578] Profile icon picture will require more time to be loaded after doing a reinstallation of minecraft

Steps to reproduce the issue

Grab, nintendo swich oled
Then, remove the game card from the nintendo swich, then unistall minecraft,
Then, reinsert the game card, and observe the profile icon

Expected result

The profile icon will not load slow after doing a reinstallation

Actual result

The profile icon will load slow after doing a reinstallation

Reopening because I misunderstood the reference to “profile icon picture” to be about the player’s character/skin. This report is about the icon that should display in the “profile” button on the bottom left.
