Enabling Always Day toggle while the game is paused immediately updated the sky to day time

When you enabled Always Day toggle while the game is paused, and the time is set to night or midnight, the sky will immediately updated to day time, while the ground stays dark until you resume the game.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Join any worlds that has cheats turned on

2. set time to midnight: /time set midnight

3. Pause the game, open Settings > Game, scroll down and then enable "Always Day"

4. Go back to Pause menu

Expected results:
Sky doesn't changes until you resume the game.

Observed results:
Sky immediately updated to day time.
