The game stutters or crashes when a specific chunk in my world enters simulation distance, depending on how long that chunks is not being loaded.

I have uploaded the world in attachments, and my simulation distance is set to 12. I don’t if this issue would still happen if the simulation distance is set to other value.

In the video, I used a sticky piston to show if that chunk is loaded. If that sticky piston isn’t moving, then it means that chunk is not in simulation distance, and it will start push and pull if that chunk is in simulation distance.

The longer time that chunk is not loaded, when that chunk starts loading, the bigger the stutter is, if the time is long enough the game will crash.

I also used a hopper to show the time I waited so you can fast forward the video.
