Vibrant Visuals: The sky won't become darker anymore when looking directly at the sun.

Steps to reproduce this issue:

1. Enter a world without Vibrant Visuals enabled.

2. Set time to day.

3. Look diricetly at the sun.

4. Observe the sky color.

5. Enable Vibrant Visuals and do it again.

Expected result:

The sky would become darker when you directly look at the sun.

Actual result:

This cool feature in Bedrock doesn’t exist anymore.
