Vibrant Visuals: Biome based screen temperature color will change even when the player is undergound.

Steps to reproduce this issue:

1. Enable Vibrant Visuals.

2. Create a world in creative mode and cheat enabled with this seed: 1245022258456973792

3. Drink a night vision potion to see underground more clear.

4. Double tap space to fly.

5. Run this command:

   /tp @s -1026 18 334 -90 0

   /tp @s -1026 18 334 -90 0

6. Fly forward and backward and observe the color of the clay blocks.

Expected result:

The biome on the surface wouldn‘t affect the screen color if the player is not on the surface.

Actual result:

The screen’s color changed no matter what Y coordinate the player is, even the player is undergound.

Note:

If you don’t know why this would happen, there are two biomes, desert and river above this cave on the surface.
