In the latest beta/preview, when the game has been fully loaded, the panorama will fade out from black color instead of instantly appears, not sure if this a intended changes since it only affects panorama and the UI is not affected by those fade out effect, and changing the graphics mode from fancy to simple (or vice versa) completely get rid of the fade out effects and you need to delete options.txt to get it back.
Steps to reproduce:
Open Minecraft Preview, and wait until the game has been fully loaded
Observe
Expected results:
Panorama instantly appears.
Observed results:
Panorama fading out from black color.
Note: if you cannot reproduce these, try it on devices that does not support Vibrant Visuals, the bugs probably only occurs in there.
