Vibrant Visuals: Clouds become very yellow during rain and change color abruptly when rain ends

I am not using any add-ons or resource packs

Reproduction Steps:
- Set weather to rain
- Wait a bit
- Set weather to clear
- Wait for the weather to clear

Observed Results:
- Clouds turn very yellow during rain
- When rain ends clouds suddenly change colors

Expected Results:
- Clouds wouldn’t become yellow
- Even if above is intended, they wouldn’t change colors so abruptly when the rain ends
