I cant craft bonemeal without using the crafting table. In the Pc version of minecratt, bonemeal can be crafted using the 2 by 2 crafting table. In minecraft pe you have to use 3 by 3 crafting table.

Can't reproduce, bone meal is available in the inventory crafting menu. In any case, differences between editions aren't necessarily bugs.
