Sometimes when you throw splash potions in Minecraft Windows 10 Edition nothing happens. You right click expecting to throw a splash potion and nothing happens, so you have to right click until the potion is actually thrown.

I was able to reproduce it again. Sometimes it just don't let me throw potions. I'm also not affected by any potion effects when I throw them.
