Can Not Enchant A Hoe With Sharpness Like In Pc

Hoes are only enchanted with 'Unbreaking' (Java = Unbreaking, Mending, and Curse of Vanishing).

Last time I checked the pc version if you where in creative mode and had a sharpness book and a hoe/shovel/pickaxe you could put sharpness on the tool using an anvil

In the Java Version, in creative mode, books can enchant any item with any enchantment, such as a Knockback II Stick.
