There isnt a difference Between Water with and Without Night vision

Description:

There isn't a difference being underwater with night vision then without night vision. You still can barely see anything, i brought this issue up earlier, and i think it should be reopened!

Steps To Perform:

1. Go to the nearest ocean/river/lake

2. Grab a potion of night vision

3. drink the potion 

4. go under water

5. Look at the difference with and without night vision. There is no difference
