Description:
There isn't a difference being underwater with night vision then without night vision. You still can barely see anything, i brought this issue up earlier, and i think it should be reopened!
Steps To Perform:
Go to the nearest ocean/river/lake
Grab a potion of night vision
drink the potion
go under water
Look at the difference with and without night vision. There is no difference
