The Loading Ping Animation is Smaller Than the Connection Strength Ping Icons

The loading ping animation is smaller than the connection strength ping icons.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the new Play Screen on the new UI

2. Go to any server

3. Observe the loading ping animation and its size

4. Wait until the ping loads

5. Observe once the ping has loaded, the icon of the ping strength and its size

Observed results:

The loading ping animation is smaller than the ping strength icons

Expected results:

The loading ping animation should be the same size as the ping strength icons

This was tested with GUI scale at -1.
