Ore UI Text Fields Are Automatically Deselected After Hovering over Any Other Interactable Element

Ore UI text fields are automatically deselected after hovering over any other interactable element.

How to reproduce:

1. Find a text field on any screen

2. Select the text field

3. Move your mouse over any button or anything you can interact with

4. Observe the text field deselected

Observed results:

The text field becomes deselected.

Expected results:

The text field should remain in focus and should not be deselected unless clicked off of.

Note in the video that I'm not clicking outside of the text field.
