The Bad Omen effect particles no longer appears anymore. Whether you applied it yourself using Ominous Bottle or using commands, the particle just no longer being shown anymore.
Steps to Reproduce
Drink an ominous bottle.
Look in third person.
Clear the effect and apply the bad omen effect using commands
/effect @s bad_omen.Look in third person again.
Observed Result
The Bad Omen effect particles doesn't appear at all after applying it through ominous bottle, or by commands.
Expected Result
The Bad Omen status effect particles should show, like in the previous version.
