Steps to Reproduce:

Create a new world using the given seed.
Teleport to the given coordinates.

Observed Results:
In the powder snow case, the two powder snows near the trial spawner are missing. In the short wall case, the tuff and copper blocks of the short wall is partially missing.

Expected Results:
No blocks would be missing.

Confirmed, Same problems in Android.

Updated the report to reflect the root cause of the issue.

Although I was unable to find one example, I believe the powder snow case was fixed in 1.21.30.21. However, the short wall case is still affected by this because the short wall is 2 blocks taller than the powder snow floor, and the air blocks from the "full_corner_column" structure still overwrite them. If this is considered out of scope of this report or is WAI/WF please let me know!
