Ominous item spawning doesn't have a spawning sequence phase, unlike in Java

When dealing with ominous trial spawner, the spawner can spawn ominous item as a projectiles or potions, however, on Bedrock, it doesn't have a spawning sequence phase, so the potions or projectiles gets instantly spawned, while on Java, it does have a sequence of the potions or projectiles spawning.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Set up the trial spawner with any spawn eggs (preferably passive mobs for easier repro)

  2. Get yourself the bad omen effect

  3. Switch to survival mode

  4. Let the trial omen convert the spawner to ominous trial spawner

  5. Pay attention to the ominous item spawning

  6. Repeat the process on Java and compare it

Observed Result
The potions/projectiles spawned by ominous item are instantly dropped/spawned to the players/entities.

Expected Result
The potions/projectiles have a spawning sequence phase before it is dropped/spawned.
